Actors-Inc's privacy policy will cover all information that Members may regard as private or sensitive. When you register with www.at2global.co.uk, you will provide us directly with personal profile information, contact details, credit card information, pictures and your CV. This information is collected to establish the best service to our Members. This applies to individuals only, and does not include businesses. Actors-Inc collects your personal information to enable us to:
1 provide a framework through which casting agents and other authorised agents of Actors Inc may cast their projects;
2 understand your service requirements in order to provide you with better, more personalised services;
3 answer your queries;
4 keep you updated with our services;
5 research and develop our services;
6 invoice and collect payments;
7 conduct appropriate checks for credit-worthiness or fraud; and
8 identify you when you want to access or modify your casting details.
Giving this information is fully optional. However it is important to note that the provision of your service may not be possible without access to the relevant information. We welcome any questions on the use of personal information when any doubts arise. Actors Inc will not collect unnecessary sensitive information, such as religion, political opinions, details of health, sexual preferences and other prejudice information when it is irrelevant to the service, unless:
1 you have given express content to Actors Inc to do so;
2 there are reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health;
3 the use is required by law; or
4 the use is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal or equitable claim.
We collect sensitive information such as racial, ethnic, trade union membership since this is necessary for casting purposes. This information is however closely protected as outlined in this privacy Policy.
l 2. THE WAY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED
The information we collect may be used to provide such capabilities as personalised casting services. From time to time, Actors-Inc may offer special deals on products and services associated with casting to members of www.actors-inc.co.uk on behalf of third parties, you consent under these Terms of Use to receive such communications unless you un-tick the third party communications notice on signing up to the site. Additionally you may at any time, and free of any charge, indicate to us that you no longer wish to receive such communications by emailing us at info@actors-inc.co.uk.
Actors-Inc will not use your information for any other purpose other than the one you nominate when you become a member of www.actors-inc.co.uk.

l 4. ACCESSING, MODIFYING AND UPDATING INFORMATION AND YOUR RIGHTS
You have certain rights in relation to your data:
1 You have the right to a copy of the personal information we store on you and to require that we rectify any inaccuracies. Actors-Inc stores no extra data than that available to you on your login screen and you may accordingly correct any inaccuracies yourself.
2 Purpose of data collection and use;
· You are entitled to know the information we collect on you its purpose and the manner and extent of processing and we have outlined that in this privacy agreement.
· You are further entitled to know, and we confirm, that we collect only such information as is necessary and not excessive to the purposes of the website.
Members will always have access to the information and content you have provided us. You can easily edit or delete your personal information provided during registration at anytime via a password protected web interface. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service department at info@actors-inc.co.uk, for notification of changes to your name, address, title, telephone number, email address, profile or resumes. Keeping your personal information, photos and resumes accurate are a very important factor in being cast. If you wish to access or correct personal information which you have provided via our website but cannot access the information, please send an email to us using the Contact us link on the website at www.at2global.co.uk. In order to access your account information you must be registered as a current contact for the account. If a person requests access to, or to make changes to an account, and they are not listed as a contact they will be required to prove in writing that they have permission from the existing account contacts to access the account information. This can be achieved by faxing permission on company letterhead (if related to a company) and signed off by an existing contact on the account.
l 5. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Actors-Inc will endeavour to protect the confidentiality of customer's information, account information and personal communications. To protect customer information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access or modification that is collected from Members, Actors Inc uses appropriate security controlled files. Your personal information is held on highly secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. While we endeavour to prevent your personal information from misuse or unauthorised access, however unlikely this may be, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. As you conduct this activity at your own risk, Actors-Inc accepts no responsibility for misuse of your personal data which arise from unauthorised access.
l 6. INDIVIDUAL'S PRIVACY
Actors-Inc uses "Cookies" to track and record your preferences and activity on our website. Cookies are pieces of data that are sent to your browser and are stored on your computer's hard drive. They are updated as you access the many different parts of our website. The use of cookies is an industry standard and most major websites use them. It is entirely optional whether to accept cookies since you can change settings of your browser. You can adjust your browser to refuse all cookies or to be warned when cookies are being used.
'Web-bugs' are very small invisible images with unique identifying information specific to a particular user. We do not currently use Web-bugs though we may do so in future if this proves useful.
We gather statistical data on visitors to the website and process it for statistical reasons. Some of this information may relate to you for example how often you use the website and how you use it. We do this in order to provide an efficient service which is reliable pleasant and helpful to use for all users.
