It’s No Joke – Anti-Knife Campaign
This project is coordinated by The Comedy School is association with The Metropolitan Police and London Councils. This initiative is a project aimed pupils in year 6-10 to address the bladed weapons issues across several London boroughs.
A 35 min piece of theatre followed by hot seating and workshops will be toured to schools and pupil referral units. The aim of the performance is to encourage awareness and debate amongst young people whilst being delivered in a fun and comedic style.
Must have:
Clean driving licence & experience of driving a transit van, experience of tour and stage management, good admin and communication skills, liaise with schools, police officers collecting all evaluation documents. Also experience in setting up, maintaining and running lighting and sound systems etc.
Deadline: 4th August 2008 at 12om.
Interviews: 7th August 2008 at The Comedy School (5 mins from Camden Town tube station).
