that Members may regard as private or sensitive.
We you register with www.at2.com.au, you will
provide us directly with personal profile information,
contact details, credit card information, pictures
and resumes. This information is collected to
establish the best service to our Members. This
applies to individuals only, and does not include
businesses.
AT2 collects your personal information to enable
us to:
- provide a framework through which casting
agents and other authorised agents of AT2 may
cast their projects;
- understand your service requirements in order
to provide you with better, more personalised
services;
- answer your queries;
- keep you updated with our services;
- research and develop our services;
- invoice and collect payments;
- conduct appropriate checks for credit-worthiness
or fraud; and
- identify you when you want to access or modify
your casting details.
Giving this information is fully optional. However
it is important to note that the provision of
your service may not be possible without access
to the relevant information. We welcome any questions
on the use of personal information when any doubts
arise.
AT2 will not collect sensitive information,
such as racial, ethnic, religion, political opinions,
trade union membership, details of health, sexual
preferences and other prejudice information when
it is irrelevant to the service, unless:
- you have given express content to AT2 to
do so;
- there are reasonable grounds to believe that
disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat
to life or health;
- the use is required by law; or
- the use is necessary for the establishment,
exercise or defence of a legal or equitable

2. THE WAY PERSONAL INFORMATION
IS USED

such capabilities as personalised casting services.
From time to time, AT2 may offer special deals
on products and services associated with casting
to members of www.at2.com.au on behalf of third
parties, however, these offers will be "opt-in"
and no information will be mailed to you unless
you choose to participate in the specific offer.
AT2 will not use your information for any other
purpose other than the one you nominate when you
become a member of www.at2.com.au.
3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL

to AT2, without your prior permission.

may be causing harm or interfering with the rights
or property of AT2.

would reasonably expect AT2 to disclose the
information for the secondary purpose, and the

and imminent threat to an individual's life

reporting its concerns to relevant persons or

AT2 will ensure that the request for information
is lawful and that personal information is only
disclosed to the extent required. Where personal

purposes or for the protection of public revenue,
AT2 retains a record of the disclosure.
4. ACCESSING, MODIFYING
AND UPDATING INFORMATION
Members will always have access to the information
and content you have provided us. You can easily
edit or delete your personal information provided
during registration at anytime via a password
protected web interface. Alternatively, you can
contact our customer service department in Sydney:

Brisbane: (07) 3844 2678, for notification of
changes to your name, address, title, telephone
number, email address, profile or resumes. Keeping
your personal information, photos and resumes
accurate are a very important factor in being
cast.
If you wish to access or correct personal information
which you have provided via our website but cannot
access the information, please send an email to
us using the Contact us link.
In order to access your account information
you must be registered as a current contact for
the account. If a person requests access to, or
to make changes to an account, and they are not
listed as a contact they will be required to prove
in writing that they have permission from the
existing account contacts to access the account
information. This can be achieved by faxing permission
on company letterhead (if related to a company)
and signed off by an existing contact on the account.
5. SECURITY OF PERSONAL
INFORMATION COLLECTED
AT2 will endeavour to protect the confidentiality
of customer's information, account information
and personal communications. To protect customer
information from misuse, loss and unauthorised
access or modification that is collected from
Members, AT2 uses appropriate password protected
files. Your personal information is held on secure
servers that are protected in controlled facilities.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet
can be guaranteed to be totally secure. While
we endeavour to prevent your personal information
from misuse or unauthorised access, we cannot
guarantee the security of any information you
transmit to us or receive from us. As you conduct
this activity at your own risk, AT2 accepts no
responsibility for misuse of your personal data
which arise from unauthorised access.
6. INDIVIDUAL'S PRIVACY
AT2 uses "Cookies" to track and record your
preferences and activity on our website. Cookies
are pieces of data that are sent to your browser
and are stored on your computer's hard drive.
They are updated as you access the many different
parts of our website.
The use of cookies is an industry standard and
most major websites use them. It is entirely optional
whether to accept cookies since you can change

- AT2 reasonably believes that the recipient

binding scheme or contract which effectively

that are substantially similar to the National

- The individual concerned consents to the
transfer; or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance
of a contract between the individual concerned
and AT2, or for the implementation of pre-contractual
measures taken in respect to the individual's
request; or
- The transfer is necessary for the conclusion
or performance of a contract concluded in the
interest of the individual concerned between
AT2 and a third party; or
- The transfer is for the benefit of the individual
concerned; and
- It is not practicable to obtain the consent
of the subject of the information to that transfer;
and
- If it were practicable to obtain such consent,
the subject of the information would give it;
or
- AT2 has taken reasonable steps to ensure
that information that it has transferred will
not be collected, held, used or disclosed by
the recipient of the information inconsistently
